I received a copy of Chicken Soup For The Soul: Say Goodbye To Stress. The book contains personal stories about stressful situations from which readers can find ideas and inspiration. Also in each section are tips and techniques on dealing with stress. The stories, in typical Chicken Soup style, are short enough to be a quick and easy read. What makes the book different is the discussion and tips after each section of stories. This book would be a great gift to anyone, as well as a good book to keep around to remind you of ways to relax a little and deal with the everyday stresses of life.
