The EMC Security monitoring center received a fire alarm from the home of a customer in Jefferson, Georgia. ?Upon receiving the alarm, the monitoring center operator directly called the customer. ?The customer was on her way home from a friend?s house. ?While on the line with the customer, ?the operator immediately dispatched the fire department to the home. ?
