iPhone 5 falls to fifth in user satisfaction according to onDevice Research

Apple?s big talk of being number one in customer overall satisfaction may be over. This report is probably not usable for Apple but a group called OnDevice Research have conducted a poll in the U.S. and the U.K. to see how customers felt after their purchase of their iPhone and other popular smartphones. In the U.S. 92,825 people were asked what their smartphone was and how they felt with their purchase. Ranking in first place is the Atrix HD, not really something we thought would win but it seems that customers feel better with that purchase.

Apple?s beloved iPhone 5 has now fallen to fifth place overall in customer satisfaction. In the U.K., Apple did a little better, only dropping to second place with HTC?s One X taking top place.?Among the rankings for overall mobile device satisfaction in the U.S., Apple took the top spot. Google was ranked second, followed by Motorola, HTC, Nokia, and Sony Ericsson. And for some uknown reason, Samsung was ranked at the very bottom.

We are not sure what sort of survey this was and how reputable it is. Apple may talk about this in this morning?s meeting. I can?t imagine many happy faces will be in that room.
